Directions for refill
- Pour in concentrate into empty GoodEgg Wash bottle
- Add 9 fl. oz. of water or fill to about the shoulder level
- Gently swirl to mix and go clean some eggs!

- Pre-rinse the egg with warm water
- Pump cleanser in the GoodEgg Brush
- Lather up that egg
- Rinse with warm water and repeat as necessary

General Shipping Info:
GoodEgg Stuff will process and ship orders in the order they were placed. They ship orders Monday - Friday 8AM - 4PM MST. Orders placed after regular business hours and through the weekend will be shipped to you the beginning of the following week. Orders placed before 10:00 AM MST Monday-Friday will be shipped the same day.
Customer Responsibility:
GoodEgg does not take responsibility for instances when the customer doesn't receive an order due to entering the incorrect shipping address at checkout. If this happens, the customer can re-submit a new order. If the parcel is recovered later (i.e. the parcel is returned to GoodEgg due to non-delivery), we will re-ship the order, provided that the customer completes payment for the additional shipping & handling charges.
Non-deliveries:
If a customer does not receive an order due to the parcel being lost or stolen, GoodEgg can replace the order or issue a refund if the customer purchased Parcel Protection at checkout. If this is the case and the tracking number indicates that the parcel was delivered, but you have NOT received it, please file a claim by emailing contact@familybackyardstore.com so that a replacement or refund can be issued.
When filing a claim, please include your order number, email address, and the date you placed your order.
Re-sending Orders:
If a parcel is returned to GoodEgg (i.e. non-delivery due to customer failure to pay customs charges to the respective company or other reasons), GoodEgg will re-ship the order, provided that the customer completes payment for the additional shipping & handling charges.
