HOW IT WORKS
Once checkout is complete you will receive an email with a third party link to schedule your installation services. You will be matched with a top-rated and certified local expert, the best approved and preferred provider for your detailed request.
You will not be inundated with inquiries. No back and forth, just submit your request and go!

SATISFACTION GUARANTEEYour complete satisfaction is our priority. To help the installer address any concerns, please be ready to either share photos of the completed service showing any areas that need attention or to allow a field supervisor to inspect the work in person. If necessary, the provider will arrange for a follow-up visit to ensure everything meets your expectations. Please note that disputing a payment with your credit card company will void the 100% satisfaction guarantee.
If, after multiple attempts, the installer is still unable to resolve the issue to your satisfaction, they will gladly offer a refund—up to the full amount of the service—based on the severity of the issue.
COMMUNICATION WITH INSTALLER
Once matched, you will receive an email with the installation company's name, email address, phone number, hours of operation and reviews of their recent projects. You will have full transparency with the matched installer and you can reach out to them anytime.
Your communication preferences can be set with the installer to receive SMS/text or email alerts throughout the fulfillment process to include appointment confirmations or any other issue requiring your attention.
Once installation services are completed you will receive an email or SMS/text alert to verify the installation of your product has been completed to your satisfaction. If the product has not been installed to your satisfaction, the installer will return to address any outstanding issues. The provider will make it right at no extra charge.
MATCHING
If your request status is listed as Matched or Scheduled and the appointment date has not yet passed, you are eligible for a one-time matching fee, whether or not the matched provider has reached out to you.
The fee is as follows:
- $95 for each service in your request less than or equal to $495.99
- $165 for each service in your request greater than $495.99
If you requested multiple services, the matching fee applies to each service individually and reduces the total amount due at project completion by the same amount. Your original quote remains the same as when you placed the order. If you cancel your request after being matched but before your specified appointment date, the matching fee will still apply. If you’re not satisfied with the assigned installer, please contact the third party installation marketplace vendor provided in your original service request email, and they can reassign your order to another installer. If you are still not satisfied with the new installer, your matching fee will be waived (see details below).
i. A waiver of the matching fee upon cancellation may be granted under specific circumstances, such as if the provider rescheduled or did not show up, and is at the sole discretion of the third party provider.
ii. To consider a fee waiver, we may ask for proof supporting your request. Please note that changing your mind or deciding to complete the work yourself does not qualify for a matching fee waiver.
RESCHEDULING
Customers may always reschedule a confirmed appointment to a future date if unexpected circumstances arise.
i. If no one is available to receive the installer during the scheduled appointment window and the service is unable to be completed, a $50 no-show fee may apply.
CANCELLING
Customers may cancel a service request at any time without additional charges, subject to the following conditions:
i. If you cancel a request before your scheduled appointment preference, a booking fee may apply as outlined in the third party policy if you have been successfully matched with a provider from their marketplace. We encourage you to carefully consider cancellations, as this can impact a provider's standing within the marketplace. Cancellation requests require review and approval by the third party customer service representative to be processed.
ii. If you cancel an order after service has started (i.e., the provider or installer has arrived on-site), the third party will pro-rate the cost of the service completed and charge that amount to the card on file.
To cancel a service request, please log into your installation provider account and submit the cancellation online. The third party does not accept cancellation requests via email, chat, or phone. Once your cancellation is processed, any authorization holds will be released, and they'll notify your financial institution to remove the hold immediately (minus any applicable booking fees).
TRIP FEES
If an item is missing parts, damaged, or the service area is not ready (e.g., the area is not level), and the expert needs to return to the job site on a different day, an additional trip fee of up to $90 may apply. Each situation is evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
