This Deep Litter Coating is a wall liner made just for chicken coops using the deep litter method. It’s not the bedding itself—but a tough coating that protects your coop’s walls. It covers 12 inches high on all 4 walls to shield the wood from wet litter and manure.
Using deep litter means you let bedding like wood shavings or straw build up over time. As chickens scratch around, the litter slowly turns into compost. It’s a natural and easy way to manage waste, reduce odor, and even keep your coop warmer in cold weather!
Perfect for backyard chicken owners who want a cleaner, smarter way to raise hens with less work and better results.
Note: this chicken coop wall liner can only be used with a coop order from the Hen House Collection. Select the option corresponding to your coop model number.

Your product will be delivered with yard placement services, right to your property. To ensure a smooth delivery, please confirm the following site access details: a driveway width of at least 12 feet is required (14–16 feet is ideal if there are tight turns, gates, fences, or trees), with a straight access path of 60–70 feet for the delivery truck to back in or drive out. Overhead clearance must be at least 13 feet to avoid wires or branches. The ground must be firm—gravel, concrete, or hard-packed dirt—and able to support 12,000+ lbs.
The trailer needs a driveway that's 12–14 feet wide, and the path should be clear, level, and strong enough for a big truck. The unit can slide off the trailer straight back or to the side, but it usually has to stay within 10–15 feet of the trailer. If the unit needs to be placed farther away or in a tight spot, extra equipment like a forklift or crane might be needed, which can cost more. Cranes are only used for special setups and usually have a reach of 20–30 feet.
