This kit is best suited for docks that float on the water and rise and fall with the tide. To choose the correct floating kit, measure from the water line to the top of your dock.
Use this bundle when the water line to the top of the hinge is approximately 18 inches or less. Mount it using the side of the YAKport with three connection slots.
When connecting to a floating dock with metal or wooden framing, the floating dock bundle keeps your YAKport secure while reducing strain on the mounting hardware.
